As we have seen feelings are chemically produced by our thoughts, they are the reaction of the
action of thinking; this is why we can use our feelings to monitor our mind. It’s very important to monitor
your thoughts because your thoughts and beliefs create your reality. Neale Donald Walsh express it very
clearly when he said “What you think you create, what you create you
become, what you become you express, what you express you experience, what you experience you are, what you
are you think”. We must embrace and live out our feelings to find out where they are coming from and what
their purpose is.
Feelings are what make us feel life; they are what the human experience is all about. We must
always remember that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience, this is what we are here for, and
feelings are the ones responsible for giving us that experience. When you really understand this you start to
live out and embrace all your feelings without judging them as good or bad. Feelings are just that, feelings,
they are neither good nor bad, they are here to serve us, they bring us a message, for example;
anger tells you what you don't like and want to get rid of. Fear tells you what you need to
be careful about and protect yourself against. Anxiety tells you that there's something threatening you or
something you need to do that is going to be hard to do and it gives you the energy to go ahead and do it.
Sadness tells you what is precious to you and what you want to protect and nurture. Jealousy tells you what
you want and don't have so it helps you know what you want to focus your energy on. Guilt tells you what you
don't want to do because it isn't right and will make you feel bad. All these are pretty valuable things to know. Pay attention to your
feelings, hear their message and take action.
Yes I think reality is real, and yes I think we are making it all up.
Reality is real because we make it real, but since we make it what it is, we have the power to
transform it and make it all up. So reclaim your power to change your reality a power that nobody but
yourself took away from you. Be aware of your thoughts and on the meanings you give to things, find the gift
in every circumstance of your life, don’t judge, love and be thankful for everything that’s in your life
right now and take full responsibility for the reality you have created for yourself and if you don’t like it
change it. Life is not something that happens to us, life is something that we create, we are the cause not
